Erik Jirving banket in 43 mål under sesongen som var 6 mål flere en neste man gjorde! Erik fortsetter i Norge med det som Rickie Hyvärinen og Henri Johansson har begynt med i Sverige og Finland:med å vinne topscorer tittelen. Laget hans, Grei/Målløs, kvalifiserte seg ikke til playoffs , som selvklart var skuffelse til Erik.
På poengplukker listen kom Erik på 2.plass med 43+12 =55 poeng. Blast gratulerer Erik om en vellykket sesong og selvklart gleder seg til neste sammen med han!
Blast laget Fjerdingby IBK gikk direkte videre 3-0 i kamper mot forrige årets mester Tunet.
En spillere, Jesper Nordmark, keeper i Fjerdingby IBK kan tas opp som nykkel spillere.
2009/2010: utsedd till årets spelare i Norsk Innebandy.
Han förde laget sitt till andraplats i serien och tog laget helt til semifinal i NM-slutspelet.
Denna säsongen har han haft små problem med skador och har inte helt haft samma flyt.
Det är först nu i slutspelet som vi känner igen Jesper, i kvartsfinalserien mot regerande mästarna Tunet IBK, har han på 3 matcher släppt in 11 mål i matcherna och haft en räddningsprocent på 90,36 %
Han var dominant i straffläggningarna i match 1 och 3 och är en viktig bricka för Fjerdingby.
Han valde inför säsongen 2010/2011 att gå över till Blast, och det har fungerat väldigt bra.
The reigning champion played a magical final and defeated Sweden in front of a full house; with 13 267 spectators cheering at the Hartwall Arena. Finland won the final with 6-2 and Blast king series player Rickie Hyvärinen increased their lead to 4-1 only 2 minutes into the third period. Czech Republic and Blast Player Pavel Brus could finally win Switzerland in the match for the 3rd place and took the WFC bronze.
Latvia won the important match for 5th place on over time and the five best teams automatically qualified to the WFC 2012 are: Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Latvia.

Johansson of pure dynamite. Hat trick for Henri
Blast 2772 king series player Henri Johansson was dominating agains Sweden.
Finland´s 9-2 win is the biggest victory ever for Finland against Sweden.
Henri Johansson, who replaced the injured Juha Kivilehto in the Finnish team played a great tournament and proved his effectiveness by scoring three goals against Sweden. Johansson showed that he can perform under pressure, but if that is enough for a place in the WFC team, is yet to be seen.
- This was my best national team match ever but the competition for a place in the WFC team is tough. The coaches have a positive problem when choosing the final roster, Johansson told in the post game press conference.
- Johansson is a talented player as all the players that have been involved in the project. We are now down to 30 guys since summer and now the speculations will start until the final team is published on Friday the 12th, the Finnish head coach, Petteri Nykky, explained.
For Kim Nilsson, who was elected as Sweden´s best player, this was the first loss ever against Finland:
- We knew what needed from us against Finland, but they got a good start to the match as the score was 3-0 after the first 20 minutes. They could utilize their opportunities and the upward slope got too high for us, Nilsson told after the match.
The Swedish head coach, Kent Göransson, was not satisfied with his team´s game:
- We were not good enough today but the WFC is a process. We missed some players and it is important to have the best players in the team. Maybe our goalie was not good enough today eiher and we must do our best to have our goalies play their best in December.

Talented Czech defender Pavel Brus was one of sensations of the 2006 WFC. Over the past few years he has entered the Finnish premier league team Nokian KRP and belongs to the best players there. Blast has signed contracts with the following new teams;West Coast Sheriffs Kaarina, SBS Kings Espoo, Gospel Team Vantaa, FBI Iisalmi, WFT Salibandy, Joutsenon Kataja, Woodcutters, RAU and last but not least Fjerdingby one of the biggest teams in Norway.
